Elliott Environmental Consulting (EEC) is dedicated to the project planning process for land owners and land managers. Our goal is to integrate species conservation in project planning and we achieve this goal by providing accurate and relevant biological data to project planners in a timely and cost effective manner. Our area of expertise is in the biological sciences; we provide a variety of services related to biological issues, including wildlife and botanical survey and inventory, threatened and endangered species, rare species, invasive species and noxious weeds, and vegetation monitoring. We also provide regulatory assistance with the Endangered Species Act (ESA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance, biological assessments, biological evaluations, noxious weed risk assessments, and timber harvest plans.
